Damaged/Misprinted Items

Received a defective item? We're here to help. If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, simply reach out to our support and submit the followings:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defect

  • Description of the issue

Once we review your defective item report, we'll process your full refund immediately. The refunded amount should appear in your account within 1-2 business days of approval.

Please Note: We craft each item exactly as specified in your order. Double-check all customization details (size, name, number) before confirming your purchase, as we cannot replace items due to customer-provided specifications.

Cancellations/Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all items are made-to-order and specifically printed for each customer. Once an order is placed, we immediately begin the customization process. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing preferences or change of mind.

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. As we begin processing immediately, cancellations cannot be accepted after this timeframe. All sales become final once the 1-hour window has passed.
